Salt Lake Tribune - OpinionHere's one for my urban planning buddies. I can testify to this study. I lived in Roswell, north of Atlanta, and it is so true. I got so tired of having to jump in the car to do so many things. I really got tired of it. It can be slightly depressing to tell you the truth. It is truly amazing how our bodies react so negatively to stress and depression.
